It happens to me as well. Time has changed many things, i don't miss anything, though in the course of life, i have left lots of things behind, which I won't get it back. I stop doing personal blogging, I am writing a book instead. :)
I still read sometimes old blog, walking man, karen jasper blog, cosmic rapture and couple of others.
I have realized I am growing and this thing is continuous.
